At last Thanksgiving is over and you are ready to spend some money. You have got your adverts and have perused them and decided what to buy and are all prepared to a full day of shopping and finding deals. It is the occasion for any self described shopper to show off their bank roll.

Sadly, you have suffered with the H1N1 virus for a week but you feel a bit better finally. These discounts only appear once a year and there is no one else in your family who could really go to the shops your place.

Now think that you are the person who is hale and hearty. In the same situation, would you place a loved one in the situation of possibly becoming ill with the swine flu just so you can get some prices in the Thanksgiving sales?

We all recognize the prices are only once a year, although there are sure to be some great offers both before and after thanksgiving this year when stores do all they can to earn as much money as they can out of the traditional shopping period. But are these discounts really good enough to risk catching what might turn out to be a very dangerous bug for numerous Americans?

Just like any sickness some parts of the population are more at risk than others, if you have a young family or maybe you look after aged parents, then your day after thanksgiving extravaganza could be placing their lives at risk. If you are looking at this and just think you will wear a mask, well they have only proved to be effective for approximately 30 minutes. So unless you are being sent out to the mall with Super Woman you are sure to be out shopping for considerably more time than 30 minutes.

Stop worrying everything is not lost! You obviously have access to a laptop (or you couldn’t see this) so why not join in the cyber shopping trend that is increasing every year?

This years black Friday sales are going to be a little different from other years. The usual day after thanksgiving sales include large items, this years sales will include many smaller less costly items.
