Can You Really Lose 30 Pounds in 30 Days?

There are programs out there that are claiming that you can really lose 30 pounds in 30 days with their program.  With so many different weight loss scams out there, and with such a seemingly outrageous claim, it is easy to see why you may be doubtful about the claims from such programs.  But, I am here to tell you that if you are willing to follow the nutrition and exercise plan as laid out for the 30 days in these programs, then you will be able to see dramatic weight loss results.

The television show “The Biggest Loser” has become an international phenomenon because they have showed people’s weight loss journeys where people are losing a large amount of weight.  You can watch people from the beginning of the season and watch them transform right before your eyes each week.  All they are doing is diet and exercise and they are able to lose weight.

The first key is proper nutrition.  You don’t have to starve yourself (in fact that will work against your weight loss goals).  All you need to do is make the right choices when it comes to your meals.  Choosing to eat vegetables and fruits when you could eat something unhealthy is a sacrifice but that discipline can lead to dramatic weight loss like you are wanting.  Portion control is another thing that will help when it comes to trying to lose weight.  If you don’t eat as much during a meal and leave just a little bit to be desired then you will notice that eventually your body will adapt and you won’t need to eat as much food.

If you combine your proper nutrition with good exercise routines and if you stay focus and on track for the 30 days then these programs can definitely work.  They are really just dependent on whether or not you work the program… if you don’t, you simply won’t see results.
