We are in a state of history that is obsessed with being healthy and not having to work for it. Instead of working out and exercising, people are trying their best to find alternate routes that are sold on television, and instead of eating healthy people go out of their way to go on crazy diets that will simply shed water weight and not actually make them thin or healthy in the long run. This is a very confusing thing to behold, but it just keeps going on and on. It is not hard to see someone who is out there taking supplements and over-thinking their entire diet–I can think of five different people I know who do that without even trying all that hard.
The problem is not with taking vitamins and supplements, but rather it is knowing which ones to take. Is it better to take natural proteins or things like HGH oral spray? There is not really any way to know without consulting a doctor, but most of us are not going to do that. I suppose that the best thing to do is just research these products before you put them all into your body.
Actually, the best thing to do is to just do things the way that they were before science got involved with it. I am not saying that we don’t need science or things like HGH oral spray, but what good is it doing yor body if you are just trying to be healthy on your own? Does eating extra whey and protein make you more healthy, or does it just make you much bigger much faster? We should all be aware that having big muscles does not mean that someone is strong, because muscle density is also a factor. A big muscle could still just be a beach muscle, and that means that the muscle is just for show and is not really capable of lifting something that is heavy.
What is the point of doing all that work if there is not going to be a tangible benefit for your life? Some people have jobs that require massive amounts of strength. Everything from being a police officer to being a construction worker requires muscles that many other people don’t need. Would eating extra protein to get big really be something that a construction worker would do? Probably not, because they would not want to be carrying around all that extra bulk with them all day–especially if it was a mass that wasn’t strong enough to really help them with their work. Letting their natural muscles build as they worked would be the best way to make sure that the right muscles were developing–only the muscles they used while they were working would adapt, because they are the ones being used.
This is really all to say that we don’t need to worry about vanity as much as we are. Of course we all want to look a certain way, but that does not mean that we need to include science in all of this. If you want to be strong, then get strong, but you don’t have to turn into a giant monster who looks like they could smash a car in order to be strong. It should be about what you can do, and not what you look like, but most people do not really behave that way. Life is too short to be worried about what we look like and how others are noticing us. Much too short.
